Who Am I?

I am from Long Grove, Iowa, and I grew up with a mother that loves to craft, always working on some project or another, and the crafting bug bit me hard. Like REALLY hard. Since then I always have at least one project going on, sometimes 2 or 3 (or 5).  I have done many different kinds of crafts, from cake and cookie decorating to painting and soap making. I have taught cookie decorating classes, and I'm looking forward to teaching other types of classes as well! After my children grew up I went back to college, and am just a couple of classes away from my degree in business management, and I have completed a certificate in marketing. I decided it was time to get serious about this, and get the crafts off of my dining room table, and into a store! :0) I have four children, and now four grandchildren! (They're so great!) I always try to exude a positive attitude, and want everyone who comes in to Dipped Handmade to leave with a smile because they're contageous!
